iPad review, not so hot

I don't know ow the reviews on this thing have been so positive. I no have one in my house, and it hardly ever gets used, and when it does I find it very awkward and a hassle. My list of complaints is well beyond my writing ability. The picture below sums it up. Important facts, iPhone apps look like shit! Seriously, not really an option. Oh yeah, did I mention that almost all the available apps are programmed for the iphone, and anything good for the iPad is at least $5, and given that Steve Jobs advises that I should just return my Apple products when I don't like them, I question whether I should continue to invest in an ecosystem where a megalomaniac is at the helm. The iPad is purposely crippled to force people into owning a home computer, this is a fact.

If you consider yourself a semi-power user, do not buy an iPad. If you are old, and do not know how to work the computer you currently have, the iPad is for you.

The most relevant part of my entire post - This message does not come from my Apple iPad. Nuff said.

Despite my previous posts about creating an iphone app, I have become increasingly irritated with the popularity of Apple's mobile products.

Do consumers not place any value on freedom when it comes to their devices. I think from this point forward I will not purchase any iPhone OS products.

OSX is chill, but the iPhone ecosystem down right scares me.

Create an Iphone app

Oh, to anybody who might be interested, I believe I might be able to create an iphone app. You could hire me.

Best Iphone app ever!

I am thinking of designing an Iphone app. I dont own an Iphone, but it still seems like the thing to do, then maybe I will code it for Android. Who knows, I dont know what to design. I am thinking of maybe a program where you can order a pizza, and it will send your order to the nearest pizza place. Or maybe something like this for florists? Like FTD, only 150% more awesome. Anyone got any better ideas. I have absolutely no idea how hard this would be to do, but I bet it will be super awesome. I will keep everyone updated on my progress. SO far I have just downloaded the SDK, and taken a look at the hello world app. I plan to be done with the super pizza app by this afternoon.
